Original abstractAn electrode portion is provided with a rod-shaped portion extending in the direction of a flexible sheath. An insulating tip which closes the distal end portion of the sheath is provided with a slide hole and openings for liquid feed. The rod-shaped portion is passed through the sheath for axial movement, and cannot get into the openings.
