Abstract

A combination packet containing disposable sanitary toilet seat cover and moist wipe which comprises a flexible enclosure having a first dry compartment and a second vapor moist compartment therein. A sanitary toilet seat cover is folded and carried within the first dry compartment of the flexible enclosure. A moist wipe is folded and carried within the second vapor moist compartment in the flexible enclosure.
