Original abstractA device for supporting a plant or other items on a cemetery memorial having a vase secured thereon, the device including a staff inserted into the vase and the staff having an support member having a cross-sectional dimension that is slightly less than a diameter of the vase so an outer edge of the support member wedges against an inside surface of the vase supporting the staff in an upright position, and the staff having a hooked top end for attaching the plant and/or other item elevated above the memorial.
