Original abstractAn improved transportable paper towel dispenser intended to be worn on the person of the user for the purpose of having a constant access to a roll of paper towels when cleaning. The transport assembly supports an adjustable tension mechanism and a dowel system bearing a roll of paper towels. The transport assembly, tension mechanism and dowel system are interconnected by pulley systems that control the pressure exerted upon the roll of paper towels, thus providing controlled dispensing of the entire roll of paper towels and to retard unraveling. And further adjusting to raise or lower the angle of the paper towel roll.
