The jacket includes a plurality of panels integrally formed together with a plurality of flaps. The method includes the steps of buckling, carrying, contacting, disconnecting, folding, getting, laying, lifting, lowering, obtaining, placing, tying, unbuckling, unwrapping, and wrapping.
